Who we are

Govcraft is an AI advisory and delivery practice founded by Adam Hassan and Adrián Staňo. Questions about this notice go to support@govcraft.eu.

What we collect, and why

• Contact form. The name, organisation, email address, area of interest and message you enter. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiated.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider records the IP address and browser type of each request in standard server logs, kept for a short period for security and reliability. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and this site sets no cookies.

Where it goes

Form submissions are relayed by email to our team inbox through Resend (EU region) and stored in our email accounts. The website is hosted by Railway. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else, and we do not use it for marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is active and for up to two years afterwards, then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to our use of it, or ask for a copy. Write to support@govcraft.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.

Our products

This notice covers the govcraft.eu website only. Products we operate for clients, such as Signal Room, run under separate agreements with the client organisation, which decides what data they process and for how long.
