How we price

Political engagements

Activation and coverage.

  • Activation fee, one time. Configures and onboards whichever tool the advisory phase identifies as the right fit: connecting the relevant data and systems, setting up safeguards and the approval workflow.
  • Coverage fee, ongoing. Scales with how much it is actually used: more principals or more of the operation covered, steady state versus a campaign-period surge.
Policy engagements

Scoped by two drivers.

  • Complexity of the data or knowledge base. From configure-and-deploy to structuring an institution's knowledge base.
  • Integration depth. From standalone to fully connected with live institutional systems.
  • Assurance. An audit trail on every engagement; a security review when connected to institutional systems; regulatory sign-off when the output enters a formal process.
